Introducing #Cognos Analytics 11.0.8

The eighth release of Cognos Analytics (11.0.8) in 24 months is now generally available.  Enhancements include :

• Default Run As
• Ambiguous connections for dashboards and modules
• Image library in reporting
• Latitude/Longitude Support in Reports
• Kiosk Mode in Storytelling

Support for 10.2.2 and prior will end as of April 2018, upgrading prior to that provides advantages to doing so sooner rather than later.

IBM Planning Analytics (on Cloud) Excel 2010 Support Extended until February 1st, 2018

The IBM Planning Analytics Cloud team extended support on Excel 2010 support for Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx ) - formerly Cognos Analysis for Excel or CAFE - until February 1st, 2018.
